t-ket (tketops.app) is a multi-tenant SaaS for ticketing and work-order management in facility management and construction. It replaces scattered exchanges over WhatsApp, email and Teams with a single source of truth: sites, buildings, zones and rooms, roles and teams, a 6-status Kanban board, multi-view planning, .ics and .xlsx exports, and automatic work-order ingestion by email. The platform is in production with its first client.

CONVOY — Agentic e-commerce (MCP / WebMCP)

CONVOY (convoy-ai.com) is a multi-tenant SaaS platform positioned as a "backend for LLMs". It exposes merchant catalogues and tools to AI agents through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and WebMCP, making agentic e-commerce possible: an agent can search for a product, compare it, configure it and trigger an order. Co-founder & CTO.

SENTINEL — Maritime surveillance of Senegal's EEZ

Personal proof of concept for a maritime surveillance platform covering Senegal's Exclusive Economic Zone, combining real-time AIS data and satellite imagery. The goal: detect anomalous vessel behaviour (AIS going dark, suspicious tracks, presence in restricted zones) by cross-referencing AIS tracking with Sentinel-1 radar imagery.

Medical RAG system — generative AI

A Retrieval-Augmented Generation system applied to the medical domain, allowing clinical documents to be queried in natural language. Deployed on two instances, chat.afred.ai and chat.imane.ai. Vector indexing through pgvector and Qdrant, automated extraction from PDF/JPG prescriptions via OCR, and an MCP server (FastMCP) that makes the RAG consumable by AI agents.

Technical setup of Shopify stores (x2)
